Shanti Bradley, M.Ed., MBA, BCBA, LBA, is the founder and clinical director of Appraise. With licensure in Indiana and Wisconsin and a background spanning behavioral health, education, and business, she brings a combination of clinical skills and practical sense to every client she serves. Shanti built Appraise on a simple conviction: that effective ABA doesn't require high hours or clinical settings; just the right goals, the right environment, and a team that actually knows the family. Her work is community and home based by design, focused on meaningful outcomes in real life rather than performance in a therapy room.
